The hourly service fee is $70 an hour. We will not only solve your problem, but teach you to be more computer literate. If we finish early, you’ll have more time for learning!

10% of our gross income goes to charity to fund computer literacy programs. Clients with economic hardships may sign up with our charity clinic program. In return, you are encouraged to pay what you can and/or commit to volunteering through an approved program. We do not accept tips, but if you insist, please donate to a recommended charity.
We work with any general business and home computing hardware or software that is based on Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux. For hardware problems, we’ll either repair your hardware or get you a replacement at cost, plus our hourly service fee. All of our work comes with a transferable lifetime service warranty, plus applicable replacement costs.
