Thanks again for helping me troubleshoot my home computer! I really appreciate your time and the focus you gave to *teaching* me how to handle malware.
I’ve always been intimidated by the “RegEdit” of Windows and now I’m not so afraid of it. Plus, I was able to use my computer ALL DAY yesterday without threat of nasty malwares getting me. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to be able to use my computer again!

My experience as your student was amazing. I learned much more than I thought possible in the time we had. I am much more comfortable with the ubuntu system.
